breathwork meets electronic music is a wonderful 3-hour experience - an experience of inner worlds. The powerful composition of melodic sound, intuitive movement and guided conscious breathing empowers you and your well-being on a new level.
Immerse yourself in another world, let yourself be carried and feel yourself. After the journey, we invite you to a community get-together.
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is conscious breathing through breathing techniques that help us to come into the present moment and experience a state of clarity and inner peace.
You do not need any experience in breathwork. Our guides will take you by the hand and explain everything step by step before the journey begins. You will also be accompanied by other support guides along the way.
What do I need to bring?
yoga/fitness mat
cozy blanket and socks
a meditation cushion if available

Check whether the event is taking place indoors or outdoors. We are more exposed to the temperatures outdoors than indoors. We generally recommend loose clothing that you can also wear for sports or at home on the couch. You should also take snacks with you in terms of time and your own body knowledge.

Tickets for events such as “BeMoreExperience” and “BME” can be canceled and fully refunded up to fourteen days before the event date without giving reasons. All you need to do is send an email to info@hiryze.deinfo@hiryze.de. Cancellations made less than fourteen days before the event will unfortunately not be refunded. However, in this case we will give you a 20% voucher for the next event.
The tickets may be passed on to other persons at any time as long as they are fully familiar with the conditions and the disclaimer (see in the Feeter section). We are always available for questions at info@hiryze.de. -
